What Our Promise Actually Means
If something isn’t right after we leave, you call us, we come back, and we fix it – at no charge, with no paperwork required on your end. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it applies to every job Topside Attic Insulation completes, from a single attic air seal to a whole-home spray foam and encapsulation project.
You don’t file a claim. You don’t fill out a form. You call (218) 261-7714 and tell a real person – who picks up, because we staff our phones around the clock – what you’re seeing. From there, the obligation is ours. The written scope and written warranty you received before the first tool came off the truck are the proof of what we committed to. If the result doesn’t match what’s written, we correct it. That’s the full mechanism. No fees, no hoops, no debate about what “done right” means – the written scope already defines it.
Wes Okafor built this company on the conviction that a homeowner who can’t verify a result has no reason to trust the person who delivered it. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is how we put that conviction in writing.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A one-truck operation can be excellent. It can also have its truck in a crawl space in another county when your attic insulation problem surfaces on a January night. What a national brand with local crews in eleven states can do is make sure that scenario doesn’t strand you.
Envelope operates with dispatch infrastructure sized for volume, not for a single market. When you call, you reach a live person who can pull up local crew availability immediately. Our estimators carry stocked vehicles – which matters because the visit that produces your written estimate is the same visit that confirms material and scope. That’s by design, not coincidence.
The response window the Haven Standard commits to is specific and public: an estimator at your property within two business days of your call, and a written estimate in your hands within one business day of that visit. We built the scheduling system to hold that window, not to advertise it and miss it. Since 2016, that standard has applied to every market we serve, and the local crew that shows up belongs to that community – their trucks, their license, their neighbors.
How We Make It Right

You Tell Us
Call (218) 261-7714 – a real person answers, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Tell them what you’re seeing. You don’t need photos, you don’t need a case number, and you don’t need to remember the date of your job. We keep a documented record of every visit, so we can pull yours.
We Come Back Out
We schedule a return visit at your convenience. The technician who comes out has your original photo record and your written scope in front of them before they arrive. They’re not starting from scratch – they’re comparing what we documented leaving with what you’re describing now.
We Fix It
If the work doesn’t match what the written scope and warranty describe, we correct it. No charge for the return visit, no charge for the correction. The 365-Day Done Right Promise doesn’t ask you to prove negligence or navigate a reimbursement process. If it’s not right, we make it right – that sentence is the policy, not a summary of a longer policy.
You Sign Off
We don’t close a return visit until you’ve confirmed the issue is resolved. Another photo record is documented when we leave. You end up with a complete before-and-after record of both the original job and the correction – same standard, same documentation, no exceptions.
What Stands Behind the Promise
The 365-Day Done Right Promise is only as credible as the people and systems behind it. Here’s what we can actually point to.
Background-checked, uniformed technicians. Every crew member undergoes a background check before they work in your home. They show up in uniform, with a named tech on the dispatch notification, so you know who to expect before the truck pulls in.
Written price before any work starts. Haven Standard Clause 1: a flat price, a written scope, and a written warranty are delivered before anyone lifts a tool. Not a range. Not a ballpark. A number – and everything that number covers, in writing. There are no hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. Every job is priced off a free written estimate, job by job.
Documented photo record on every visit. This isn’t a premium add-on. It’s included on every job. Before-and-after blower-door readings are published on applicable jobs, giving you a single, measurable figure that shows what the home was losing before the work and what it retains after. That number – not a sales pitch – is how Wes Okafor thinks a result should be communicated.
Materials you can verify. Envelope sources from Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Knauf, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber. No proprietary product lock-in. You can look up every material we use.
The Haven Standard. Topside Attic Insulation is independently owned and operated as a proud Haven company. The Haven Standard is the agreement – the documentation system, the pricing discipline, the response infrastructure – that every Haven company works to. The family stands behind the brand, and the brand stands behind the crew that shows up at your door.
